How it works
How we work together
The experience is the smallest part. The real work is everything around it.
Most people imagine the psychedelic experience is the whole thing. It isn’t. In every serious setting, and in my own healing, the change came from what surrounded it: honest preparation before, steady support during, and patient integration after. That container is the work. Here is how I hold it.
A free conversation
We begin with a call, with no commitment and no pressure. We talk about where you are, what you are hoping for, your history, and whether this path makes sense for you at all. I am careful and honest here. If it is not right for you, or not right now, I will tell you. This first conversation is always free.
Preparation
If we decide to work together, we go deeper. We look at your intentions, your history, and any medical considerations, alongside your doctor where that matters. We build the practical and inner readiness that makes an experience safe and meaningful. In my experience, good preparation is most of the work.
The experience
If your path includes a psychedelic experience, I can be present as a trained, sober, and steady support, before, throughout, and as it settles. I do not provide, source, or supply any substance, ever. What I provide is presence, safety, and a calm hand: watching over you, protecting your space, and letting you have your own experience.
Integration
About a week later, we meet again. This is where insight becomes life. Through honest conversation, breathwork, and simple practices, we make sense of what happened and turn it into something you can carry into your days. Insight that isn’t integrated fades. This is the step most people skip, and the one that matters most.
Ways to work together
People come to me at different points on this path. There is no single way in.
Preparation support
For those getting ready for an upcoming experience who want to do it safely and well.
Integration support
For those who have had an experience, recent or long past, and want help making sense of it and letting it change their life. Available on its own, online, wherever you are.
Psilocybin journey support
Full support around a psilocybin experience: preparation, sober presence, and integration, held as one careful arc.
Ketamine support
Structured support across a course of ketamine sessions, where it is legally available and appropriate, working alongside your medical providers.
Who I am to do this work
I am a professionally trained breathwork facilitator and teacher trainer, with over a decade of guiding people through breath and somatic practice. I trained in psychedelic facilitation through EMBARK, an approach grounded in trauma-informed, ethically rigorous care.
My work here is non-clinical. I am not a doctor or a licensed therapist, I work alongside your existing medical care, and I never provide, sell or source any substance. What I bring is lived experience of this exact territory, dedicated training, and a commitment to honest screening, including saying no when no is the caring answer.
On cost
Every path is a little different, so we talk about what yours needs, and what it costs, on our first call. If cost is the only thing standing between you and this work, tell me. I keep some space for people who need it.
When you’re ready, I’m here.
The first conversation is free, and you decide nothing on it.
